Services are designed to support organizational improvement and reporting and do not constitute clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. No Clinical or Medical Advice
Mind Alchemy Metrics does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.
All clinical decisions, treatment planning, diagnosis, and client care remain the sole responsibility of the mental health practice and its licensed professionals.
4. Data Services and Measurement-Based Care
Where services involve data review, reporting, or analytics:
Mind Alchemy Metrics acts as a service provider supporting the organization
The client organization remains the health information custodian under PHIPA
Services may rely on aggregated, de-identified, or limited personal health information
Data is used solely for agreed service purposes
We do not independently collect personal health information from clients or patients.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring appropriate consent is obtained for data shared
Providing accurate and lawful access to information
Complying with PHIPA and other applicable privacy laws
Managing user access to internal systems and platforms
Implementing recommendations at their discretion
Mind Alchemy Metrics is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly authorized data.
6. Training and Educational Services
Training, workshops, and educational materials are provided for informational and professional development purposes only.
Participation in training does not guarantee compliance, outcomes, funding approval, or performance improvements. Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, training content, and reports developed by Mind Alchemy Metrics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials internally for their organization.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information and personal information exchanged during the course of services.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.
9. Website Use
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness or timeliness.
Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, access to systems and information will be managed in accordance with contractual and legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
